By registering for and using the Census Registration System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
The Service is provided to collect and manage census registration information in accordance with applicable South African legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account and may constitute an offence under applicable law.
You may not use the Service to upload unlawful content, harass other users, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
All content, software, and materials provided through the Service remain the property of the census authority or its licensors.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, provide fraudulent information, or remain inactive for extended periods.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
